Attendance
See your own last twelve months as a calendar, what they add up to, and, as a manager, your team's month.
/field/attendanceAttendance shows every day you started on the app, the visits you logged and your days off, as one calendar. It's the same record your manager and the office see, so check it every so often: a day that reads wrong is easiest to put right while everybody still remembers it.
Nobody fills attendance in. How attendance is counted explains what makes a day present, a day off or an absence.
Read your calendar
The page opens on Mine, the last twelve months.
Read the figures
The six tiles across the top add the period up: Attendance, Days started, Absent, Late starts, Streak and Usual start. Under Attendance is how many working days you attended out of how many there were.
Read the calendar
Each square is a day: a column a week, Monday at the top. Green is present, deeper the more visits you logged that day. The legend under the calendar names every other colour, and a square with an amber edge is a day you started late.
Hover over a square, or move to it with the arrow keys, to see the day in words: when it started and ended, the visits, and the kilometres on the odometer.
Open a day
Select a square to open the day under the calendar. Select it again, or Close, to put it away.
To see a calendar year instead of the last twelve months, select the year above the tiles.
Recent days lists your last fourteen days, newest first, with what each one was. Select one to open it.
See your team's month
Managers have two buttons above the page: Mine and My team.
Open My team
Select My team. The register lists everybody who reports to you, directly or through someone else, a row a person and a square a day. You aren't on your own register.
Pick the month
It opens on this month. Use the arrows beside the month to go back, and This month to return. Search by name, code or role to find somebody.
Open a person's year
Select a name to see that person's last twelve months, exactly as they see them. Select Back to the register to return to the month you were on.
The register
Each row starts with the person's totals for the month, then a square for every day.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| % | Their attendance for the month. |
| Came | Days present, and days with visits but no day started. |
| Absent | Working days with nothing on them, in red when there are any. |
| Leave | Days of approved leave. |
| Late | Days started after the start of the working day. |
Each square carries a letter as well as a colour: P present, V visits with the day not started, L leave, H holiday, W weekly off, A absent, and a dot for today while it's still open. Hover over a square to see the day in words.
Good to know
- Attendance is read-only. To put a day right, see Putting a day right.
- A manager sees only their own reporting line. Administrators see everybody, on Attendance in the admin panel.
- The warehouse has this page too, in the sidebar under Dispatch and Orders.
