The dashboard is the first screen a sales executive or manager sees after signing in. It has four tiles and three charts, and every figure on it counts your own work: the schools you own, the visits you logged, the requests you raised, the copies you hold and what you have claimed.
The tiles
| Tile | What it counts |

| My schools | The schools you are the owner of, named as Accountable executive (owner) on the school's record. A school an administrator added you to under Also accountable is on My Schools but not in this count, so the tile can be lower than the length of your list. |
| My visits (last 30 days) | Visits you logged with a visit date in the last 30 days, counted back from today. A check-in whose report you have not written yet counts too. |
| My pending requests | Requests you raised that are still waiting for your manager's signature. Once your manager signs and the request moves on to the administrator, it leaves this count. |
| My stock (copies on hand) | Every specimen copy you are holding, all titles added together. It is the total of My Stock: what the warehouse has shipped you, less what you have handed out on visits and anything else that has left your shelf. |
A tile shows 0 when there is nothing to count, never a blank.
The charts

Managers and administrators
A manager's dashboard counts only the manager's own work, not the team's. To see your team:
- Visits → My team lists the visits your reports have logged.
- Approvals holds everything waiting on your decision.
- Team on the road shows where your people are today.
