Dashboard
See the whole company's schools, visits, requests, stock and spend at a glance, with shortcuts to every register.
/adminThe dashboard is the first screen an administrator sees after signing in. It counts the whole company, not one person. Below the figures, a row of shortcut cards opens each register.
Needs attention
The Needs attention card names the people on the sales team who need attention over the last 7 days: up to five, each with the first reason, such as "No visit for 4 working days". Select a name to open their Employee report over those days. Select Team performance for the whole list. When nobody needs attention, the card says so.

Overview
When anyone has visited the same school more than five times this academic year, a red warning sits at the top of the page, above the Needs attention card. It names the three worst, says how many more there are, and Review repeat visits opens the full list. See Repeat visits. The warning isn't shown while nobody is past the limit.
Six tiles sit under the card.

| Specimen stock | Copies on hand across all reps' own stock. This is what reps carry, not the warehouse shelf. |
| Adopted titles | Adoption lines marked as adopted, across every school and year. |
Three charts sit under the tiles.

| Visits per week | Visits logged each week over the last eight weeks. Weeks run Monday to Sunday. |
| Requests by status | Every request ever raised, with a bar for each status. |
| Expenses by category (INR) | Every claim filed, totalled by category, in rupees. |
Master Data
The shortcut cards open the registers: Geography, Executives, Schools, Dealers (which opens Trade parties), Catalogue, Import and Reports. The sidebar has the same links, plus Stock, Team performance, Employee report, Repeat visits and Settings.
Good to know
- The warehouse shelf is on another screen. Specimen stock adds up what reps are carrying. For the copies the warehouse holds, open Stock.
- Pending requests only counts the first signature. A request a manager has signed and that now waits on an administrator isn't in that tile. You find those under Approvals → Requests to approve in the field portal. See Approvals.
- Reps see their own version. A rep's or manager's dashboard in the field portal shows the same kind of figures, but only for their own work. See Dashboard in the field portal.
- For one person's figures over a chosen period, use the Employee report. To see who needs it, use Team performance.
