Attendance
See your attendance on the phone, from the card on Home to every day of the last twelve months.
Your attendance is kept by starting your day on Home each morning. The app shows it back to you, on a card on Home and on its own screen, so you can see at a glance what the office sees. How attendance is counted explains what makes a day present, a day off or an absence.
The Attendance card on Home
The Attendance card shows your last few months, as many weeks as fit across the phone: a column a week, Monday at the top. Green is present, deeper the more visits you logged that day.
Under the calendar are three figures:
| Figure | What it means |
|---|---|
| This month | The working days you attended this month, as a share, with how many out of how many under it. |
| Late starts | Days this month you started after the start of the working day. |
| Streak | Working days attended in a row, up to today, with your best run under it. |
Today turns green the moment you start your day, even with no signal. Tap the card to open the Attendance screen.

Six tiles add things up: This month, Late starts and Absent for this month, then 12 months, Streak and Usual start for the last twelve months.
Read the calendar
The calendar shows the last twelve months and opens on the latest weeks. Swipe it sideways to go back. The legend under it names every colour.
Open a day
Tap a square to see that day: when it started and ended, the visits, and the kilometres on the odometer. Tap the square again, or the cross, to close it.
Recent days lists your last fourteen days, newest first. Tap one to open it. Pull down to refresh.
Good to know
- The screen is read-only. To put a day right, see Putting a day right.
- If the card can't load, it stays off Home rather than showing an error. The Attendance screen says so and offers Retry.
- Managers see their team's month on the portal, under Attendance → My team.
