Plans
Raise a travel plan for your manager to approve, then fill in each day's travel and schools from your phone.
The Plans tab, titled Travel Plans on screen, is your list of travel plans. A plan is signed twice by your manager: once before the trip, on its dates and budget, and once after, on the days and what they cost. On the phone you raise the plan and fill in its days. Claims for what the days cost are filed on the portal. Travel plans covers the whole lifecycle.
Raise a plan
Start a new plan
Open Plans and tap New Plan.
Set the dates
Type From and To as YYYY-MM-DD, or tap Today or Tomorrow for the start and In a week for the end. A plan can cover at most 30 days.
Name it and set a budget
The Plan name fills in from the dates, for example "Plan 2026-09-28 to 2026-10-04". Type your own name if you prefer. Budget (INR) is optional.
Tap Send for approval
The plan goes straight to your manager, who is notified. The plan opens on its status, marked PENDING.
The app checks the dates before you send and tells you in words: "The end date is before the start date.", "A plan can cover at most 30 days.", "Use the YYYY-MM-DD format." or "That day is not on the calendar."
Fill in the days
You can fill in the days once your manager has approved the trip, and again if they send the plan back.
Open the plan
In Plans, tap Fill days on the plan. The header shows how many days are filled, the budget, and what has been claimed so far.
Describe each day
Each day has its own card. Pick the kind of day: Base City, Out Station, Ex Station, Leave, No Plan, Holiday or Weekly Off. Sundays start as Weekly Off. Type the City if it helps.
Pick the schools
Tap Pick schools and tick the schools you will visit that day. Search by name or code. Each school shows when you last visited it and how many visits it has had, which helps you choose. Tap Done.
Save the day
Tap Save day. Each day saves on its own, so a day already saved stays saved even if your connection drops before the next one. The button reads Saved until you change something.
Send for validation
When the days are done, tap Send for validation. You need at least one saved day. Your manager then checks the days and what they cost.
What each day shows
Below a saved day, the card shows what has been claimed against it: the total, and each claim's category, travel mode, amount, kilometres and note. You don't file claims here: a claim is filed with a photo of the bill attached, on the portal in Daily expenses or on the plan's days there. The one claim the app files itself is the day's drive, when you end a day you started with your own vehicle, and it goes on the plan's day when the plan is open to claims. A day with nothing claimed says "Nothing claimed yet. Claims are filed from the portal, with the bill attached." A claim held because it matches another claim says so under it, and one your manager decided not to pay says "Not paid" with the reason and isn't counted in the total. See When a claim is held.
Statuses
Open any plan and the app tells you what to do next.

A draft is only a plan raised before plans went straight to the manager. Anything you raise now starts at PENDING.
Good to know
- Plans need a connection. If a plan cannot be saved, the app says "Could not create that plan. Plans need a connection — try again once you have signal." and keeps what you typed.
- Only the person a plan belongs to can send it for approval or validation.
- Your manager decides on plans from Approvals, on the phone or on the portal. See Approvals.
- Plans your manager is still deciding on count towards Plans Submitted on Home.
